HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

  • FREE standard delivery over $100
  • Standard shipping $9.95 for all orders under $100
    (Delivery estimate 3 business days)
  • Express shipping $15.00 for all orders
    (Delivery estimate 1-2 business days)
IS CUSTOMER PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Orders can be picked up at our store on 1230 High street, Armadale VIC 3143. All orders need to be collected during business hours only (weekends including). This method can be selected during the checkout process. 
Order number and proof of purchase must be presented when collecting the order.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 3 pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the following business day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
CAN THE ORDERS BE CANCELLED ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Orders can still be canceled if you contact our store on +61449821732 and explain the situation. All orders are dispatched quickly so please contact our customer service with your order number so we can accommodate sooner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS WRONG OR FAULTY?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number so we can resolve the issue.
PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE ACCEPT?
Payments can be made using a Visa or MasterCard. American Express cards can be used through our PayPal payment option.
WHEN DOES YOU CARD GET CHARGED?
Upon authorization payment will be deducted immediately and a confirmation email will be sent.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shakez will be happy to offer a replacement or refund if the item you purchased is deemed faulty. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in such cases and provide your order number along with a photo of the faulty item.
HOW SOON DO THE RETURNS NEED TO BE MADE?
All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase to be deemed valid.
HOW CAN THE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Once the item is packed and sealed securely please have it returned to Shakez pty ltd, 1230 High street, Armadale VIC 3143.
Once the items are received in their original condition unused and unopened we will arrange a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping). Refunds will be processed back to the same credit card or paypal account used to purchase the item.
